What Type of Booths area Allowed at Market?
All booths, with few exceptions, must have something to sell.
Food trucks are allowed; however, truck/trailer space is very limited. I strongly recommend owners call or message a week before arriving as we may not have room. ALL food trucks must be inspected and/or permitted by the Dubois County Health Department even if it is permitted in another county. For non-county trucks, a season long permit is available from DCHD and is separate from the cost to participate at the market.
Booths offering an onsite services such as massages, health checkups, and customer DIY crafts (e.g. build a bracelet) are allowed. Permanent jewelry booths and Demo booths are also allowed.
Public services (e.g. soil & water, local festivals raffles) are allowed to have information-only booths.
Commercial information/promotion only booths are not allowed.
